After installing Windows 7, most of the drivers installed automatically but not all. You need to install the following driver to have all the drivers installed on your system. Below is the drivers you need to install :
1. Ricoh 5 in 1 Card Reader Diver:
Download Link : SP37726
Installation:
right click on the SP37726 and select run as admin.
If you are a advance user i recommend to install using device manager.
The package will install:
Ricoh SD/MMC Host Controller
Ricoh xD-Picture Card Controller
Ricoh Memory Stick Host Controller
2. Coprocessor Driver :
Download link : sp36213
Installation: right click on the SP36213 and select run as admin.
If you are a advance user i recommend to install using device manager
The package will install:
NVIDIA nForce System Management Controller
Nforce chipset Driver.
3.AuthenTec Inc. AES1610 Fingerprint Driver
Download link : SP37731
Installation:
right click on the SP37731 and select run as admin.
If you are a advance user i recommend to install using device manager.
4. HP Qiucklaunch Button
Download Link : sp47275
Installation Instruction:
Install the driver by double click on the SP47275.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Some of the driver above is the original Vista driver form HP, but you can install them on windows 7 system by run it as admin.
2. If direct installation failed, change the driver comaptibilities by:
- Right click on the driver file and select PROPERTIES.
-select COMPATIBILITY.
-Tick the box "run this program in compatibility mode for" Select WINDOWS VISTA.
-The APPLY and closed. Right click and select Run As Admin.
3. If didn't work, you will have the driver folder on this location : C:\SWSetup. So next:
-Open device manager by click start and type DEVICE MANAGER and press enter.
-Device manager will open and look at the OTHER DEVICE. you will see system base device (RICOH) , co processor, Usb device (FINGERPRINT) and Unknown device(HP QUICKLAUNCH) mark with Yellow !.\
-Right click on them and select UPDATE DRIVER. select Browse my computer for driver software and select BROWSE. Point to C:\SWSetup\SPXXXX (related driver folder).
